Just about everyone will experience times in their lives when they feel overwhelmed and find it difficult to cope. For some people the best way to manage those feelings is to work through them with a counsellor. Reaching out can be hard but not nearly as hard as staying in a place you don't want to be or don't belong.
It can take real courage to take steps to moving to the next place.
